Upgrade and Hot Fix question

Hello,

I am upgrading a single EV 10.0.4 server to version 11. I have the file Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_11_0_0R2_Win_Multilingual.ISO do I need to install CHF5 on top of this to be fully up to date with version 11?

Hi The ISO name (Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_11_0_0R2_Win_Multilingual.ISO) you are referring seems as base version of EV 11.0.X stream and the latest version in 11.0.X is 11.0 SP1 (file name Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_11_0_1_Win_Multilingual.iso), and after installation of EV 11.0 SP1 you need to install CHF5 binary (http://www.veritas.com/docs/000106004) I hope this helps. Thanks Pradeep. I got the attached error when trying to install CHF5 in my lab. I am just going to use the ISO you referenced: Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_11_0_1_Win_Multilingual.iso
