Upgrading Exchange CAS server to 2010 SP3... Things to worry about

Dear Experts,

We are going to upgrade our cas server with 2010 SP3 and we need to know if we need to worry about any EV confdiguration which can be overwritten and we should be aware of. The only thing I can think of is web.config and registry.

Any more suggestions will be highly appreciated.

There should be no problems, and even with the web.config , just create a copy of it and you'll be ok.

since you mention the web.config, you'll probably have to reinstall the OWA extensions package after the Exchange service pack update.
