It happened when user accessing her local pst file & the PC hung.

After I did end task for Outlook, starting up Outlook got this msg..

I clicked Yes & users are able to access her pst file & all seem to be OK for now..

from windows application event ID - 2000.

Description:

Microsoft Outlook: Accepted Safe Mode action : Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'enterprise vault add-in' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?.

I have since disable the add-in for her.

How should i enable the add-in for her in future.

What version of the the EV client are you using? The http or the full client? What operating system? What version of outlook? You using virtual vault or vault cache? You may want to consider going to the hotfix 9 sp2 client that fixes some crashes based on third party plugins and such

We are using EV 9 client for outlook 2010.

Windows 7 Prof 32bit.

I have 45 users having the same OS and outlook version.

Only this particular user is experiencing the error.
