Hello,
a customer is facing the following error for one ev server. Enterprise Vault Search returns 'You do not have access to archives. If the problem persists, contact your Enterprise Vault Administrator'. Once this failure occurs, the user is no longer able to use Enterprise Vault Search to locate items.
In IIS you can see the error code 302. We have performed a IIS reset and App pool Recycle. The firewall on this server is deactivated. In ev eventlog you can see the following error:
Event 41478 - User xxx does not have permissions on any archive.
On the other evservers the user is able to browse to the search successfully.

The customer is using 12.2
The error were fixed in ev 12.

we reentered the VSA password in the VAC console. After that the error was resolved.
