Each time the user opens up outlook, she gets the attached error ( screenshot attached). the only workaround was as such -
Delete Outlook.ost & Extend.bat from C:\Documents and Settings\**Staff ID**\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Delete all profiles from MLCFG32
From \\shared location\servicedesk\Migra
Paste and Replace the Custom 11.prf at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
This will update the OSt and create users profile.
This worked for sometime and then the whole thing starts happening again. Could you please tell me what is the root cause of the issue and what might be the solution.
