Vault Error

Hi,
 
I have a user at my organisation who is receiving the following error when trying to access some archived
mail items:
 
"Could not show this item
 ....
 The item is no longer in the vault"
 
The stubs she receives the error on have been moved to an outlook personal folder. All stubs in her mailbox open from the vault ok. Does anyone know why she is receiving this error on the archived mail in the personal folder? I have searched her vault and the mail does not appear to be there. Is it possible that these items have been indexed to be archived and moved to the personal folder before they were actually stored in the vault?

This is not possible, I think.
It is stored in EV once the Icon changes from "Pending Archive" (Clock) to "Archived".

The most logical thing that happened is that she somehow deleted this element from the archive.
If you can't find it using search, then this must be the case. EV will not delete archived items just by moving the shortcut...

If you ran a search and cannot find it then this indicates that the item was deleted and the index was updated.
