Vaultcahe is synchronised but don't work in offline mode

Hi,

I have EV 8 sp4 with vaultcache enabled, outlook 2003 and exchange 2003.
The synchonisation of the vault cache is right but when i try to use in offline mode the outlook, the recall don't work and i juste see the content of the placeholer !

I run on the outlook the debug modde of the evclient if you need more logs. I attach two print screen.

Have you got an idea ?

this is a known issue

It is indeed a known issue, and the fix does work...  recommend installing it.  (You don't have to rebuild anything)
