Verify index - volumes greyed out

Hi everyone, has anyone ever seen the following? I'm trying to verify some indexes and am confronted with the (see image) below....

I can browse the UNC paths

The indexes are not in backup mode

The indexes are not already locked in an indexing task

any ideas?

Is that actually data in those locations?  If there is data, when were they last updated?  Maybe EV doesn't think there should be anything in there.

Solution: On closer inspection, there were several index jobs with many, many users in the job being targetted for upgrade/resync, including the indexes above. Once these were cleared out of the index job the above greyed out indexes became available
