Version upgrades

We're currently running EV and DA 8.0.2 and need to upgrade to version 9.0.3. The documentation implies we need to install SP5 before proceeding to upgrade to 9.0.3. If that is correct where would I find SP5 to download ? If I go to fileconnect the only option is for the base product plus "inline update" for 8.0.5 not a stand alone SP.

DA 8.0.2 will need to be upgraded to 8.0.5 before being upgraded to 9.0.3.  This technote gives more details - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH53174

EV SP's are actually full installations (unlike windows etc) - so just download the inline update for 8.0.5 and you will be right to go.

As a side note, you only need to upgrade DA to 8 SP5 as an incremental step on your way to 9 SP3. You can skip this for your EV 8 (any SP) archiving servers.
