Virtual Vault do not show up for newly enabled users

I am new to EV, so this might be an easy one for you "veterans". I am evaluating Virtual Vault 11.0 without storing cache. When I enabled a user the Virtual Vault does not appear in the outlook folder list, unless I click Synchronize button on Enterprise Vault tab. I saw there is a a client synch schedule (24 hours default), but is there a way to force Virtual Vault to show up in the forlder list without user initiate Synchronization manually?

Thank you.

I would take a look at the VC Diagnostics page:

basically are you asking if there's a way to initiate it from the server side instead of the client side? have you tried running your archiving task manually for the mailboxes you enable?

Have you tried just closing Outlook and re-launching it?

Thank you for your responses.

I have enabled users for EVault archive and let it run on schedule. Items were archived as expected and I could brows and search them in Archive explorer but Vurtual Vault had not show up for a couple off days. Outlook was closed and reopened numerous times and task were synchronized. I just din't want to initiate archive manually. Just now I have manually ran archive and Virtual Vault appear in Outlook.

I'm wandering why scheduled archive task doesn't force Virtual VAult to appear?

Yes, I have restarted Outlook numerous times. In fact, the scheduled archive was successfull it's just Virtual Vault never showed up in Outlook. Just now I have ran archive manually and it is there now. Why wouldn't it show up after scheduled archive?

I didn't find any errors in client diagnostics. I have added more test accounts. Will see if they will behave as expected on schedule, without manual client synchronization or manual archive.
