Voting Button Problem

Hello

Using EV7.0 SP3 and Exchange2003 SP2.

Scenaro - user sends and email with Voting Buttons, the recievs a reply - clicks on track and he can see the replies for the various people send t the email.

30 days later the emails and the replies are archived.

User clicks on the archived email which is retrieved from the vault - clicks on tracking and all the replies are no longer ther - anyony experienced this problem and know a rectification ?

We are having the same problem with read receipts - the names are all there, but not if/when the message was read.

Anyone?

I know this is an old thread but is there any resolution to this? I am running 2007 SP4 and am experiencing the same issue.  It's hard to search on this topic as most results have to do with voting for a solution... :)
