Want to change user mailbox permission in AD  it takes hours (up to 24 hours) for the vault for user can appear in archive explorer of the user.

Is there a way to run the AD sync manually?

Hi there

Yes, this is possible.
Depending on the Version of EV you have, you should run the Provisioning Task  as well as Synchronize Mailboxes using the following procedure:

Right click on the Archiving Task for your Exchange server -> Choose Properties -> Synchronization -> Run Now.

You Can also just Synch that user by following the path Michael outlined and select the 'selected mailboxes' tick box on the 'synchronisation' tab in 'exchange mailbox archiving task' properties.

R Meeker way will give you a response when you synch the user. (Either Successful or Unsuccessful).
