Warning: failed to process mailbox on enterprise vault 12.1

Hi Team,

Enterprise Vault 12.1 archiving report showing error for specific users. auto arching not working but manual archiving sometime works and sometime showing following error "Could not process the selected items" 

        Following error showing in reports "Warning : failed to process mailbox" 

 

I found this tech article https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH35614. but i am not able to create evpm script can anyone help with example how to follow mentioned article. 

Please Help if someone have solution

You are welcome.

On the EV server, open command prompt, change directory to the EV installation folder then type "evpm" (no quotes), and follow the instructions.

Now im starting troublshooting on affected user.
