Webmail users unable to retrieve archived emails

Hi All,

Users are unable to retrieve the archived emails through webmail. No isues with Outlook. The "click here to view archived items" is not visible. in the webmail. Only blue banner is displayed stating the message has been archived.

Enterprise Vault version - 10.0.4

Any solution will be much appreciated.

Have you configured EV for OWA usage? See Configuring Exchange Archiving PDF, chapter 10.
