What version of SharePoint are you running? Upgrade plans?

What version of SharePoint are you running?  In our webcast yesterday (watch the replay HERE), we were suprised that so many folks were still on MOSS 2003 versus MOSS 2007.  Are the 2003 users waiting for 2010 to be released or is your upgrade path going to go to 2007 first and then 2010 later?

Since we do so much sharepoint development, we host 2003, 2007, and 2010 sites.  We decided that we should put some dev time into 2010 before it was released so that our programmers would know the platform right out of the box.

Most of our clients are running 2007, the 2003 sites are becoming fewer and farther between encounters.

Is there an official end date for SharePoint 2003?     Will all new development be on SP2010?

We are implementing WSS 3.0.  Are there any best practice documents for archiving WSS 3.0.  Currently I am running EV 7.5.4 and archiving Exchange 2007.  Is WSS 3.0 even supported and if so, which version of EV is required?

WSS 3.0 is still supported and has been since the EV7.5 release.  I plan to add some best practice content for SharePoint in the coming weeks.   Anything in particular that you are looking for?
