Will Export (to PST) option export the DUMPSTER items?

Hi,

We are using EV8 - SP4,
Question around exporting an archive to a PST
1. Will export to PST , also export the dumpster items?
2. Manaully archiving an ITEM in Outlook does not store the item in Exchange Dumpster, is there a way to tweak it.
3. Is it possible to disable the option to delete any items from Online Vault ? but give the option in Virtual Vault but when they sync it back , they dont delete them in the actual Virtual Vault?

Exporting an archive to PST will export all items, including those archived items that have been deleted, but are still in the period covered by EV's "dumpster".  The number of days that is kept, and whether they are kept at all :
