Hi,
we´ve installed the latest outlook patches on our clients.
After the update we get the following messages when we try to open a shortcutted mail
To help prevent malicious code from running, one or more objects in this form were not loaded. For more information, contact your administrator.
When you click "ok" the mail opens, but all the formats and pictures fail.
We´ve tried a lot of solutions like "TrustedFormScriptList" and "DisableCustomFormItemScript" in the registry, but nothing solved our problem.
The EV Version is 12.2.3 and the Outlook Add-In is 12.3.0; Outlook 32-bit

Hi @all,
we´ve found a solution for our problem.
If you set the key checkofficeactivex under
HKCU\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\common\com categorie
to value 2 you get the problem which i´ve explained in the first post.
We´ve set the value to 1 and the problem is solved.
Here is the explanation of the key

Hi there,
Have you also tried setting the DisableAllActiveX registry to 1?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\Security\DisableAllActiveX
This should solve the problem.
