failed to encrypt password error

Hi, I'm not able to add new Domino Server in enterprise vault targets. Using the vault administration console to add a new Domino Domain, the process fails and displays error "Failed to encrypt password". Does anyone have ideas how this can be fixed?

FSAUtility Command

Does the FSAUtility command with the -T option (Restore original files) remove the files from the vault when restoring? Thanks Richard
