cannot connect to the directory

hey there,

we are running EV version 5 SP6 and the other day i installed windows server SP2.

now my EV services will not run.

when i try to open EV directory i get an error message saying that it 'cannot connect to the directory on Computer ABC'!

apparently the issue is with MMC snapin..

i was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue? and if you found a solution to it?

Have a look at the certification tables and you will see sp2 for 2003 is pending and not yet certified.

thanks for the reply.

ye, yesterday i unistalled SP2 (thanks for the friendly customer service from symantec :)

now its up and running.

funny though, i installed SP2 about 2 weeks ago, and it had no problems until yesterday.
