Hi 

We have configured enterprise vault File server archiving for CiFS compliant NAS storage (HNAS 3080) using Internet Shortcuts to be used on  CIFS compliant NAS devices.

In the above sinario we can download file on local system only.

our requirment is when we want to access the archive file it should unarchive on storage location only( not on local system)

any solution on above query.

Hi there,

I'm afraid this is the default behaviour when using internet links. In order to open an archived file, it will first download it locally. There is no other option as far as I know.
