Hi All,

when i am trying to restore emails manually from evauly getting the error message as " could not process the selected items. Reason: The certificate that generated the servers certificate is not recognized."

Can some one please help me for the above error message

also i want to open the archived mails directlly as i double click on it

Are you trying to restore the mails from an Outlook client?
What version are you using, and service pack?
