One of our customers has got Enterprise Vault FSA archiving problem, The target file system is Windows Server NTFS， The error log information of windows server is as follows:
We checked the knowledge base of event ID: 41070 in Veritas, which can eliminate the problem of insufficient disk space and exceeding disk quota.
Are there any other solutions or suggestions?
this could be due to many different reasons. Just take a look at the FSA archiving reports that should show you more details about what exactly went wrong. They are located within the reports folder of the ev installation.
You might need to switch the logging level in the properties of the archiving task to full if you do not get many details in these log files.
Can the mentioned files be accessed / opened properly?
Are these already supposed so be placeholders?
0x80070780 could possibly mean, that the data is corrupt. Is this data that has been restored from a backup?
