having a brain fart...

what is the key combonation to see the properties of a vaulted item..

ie retention policy, etc...

windows 7, office 2010, evclient 10

Control + shift + ev button on the toolbar...

then click Vault Information.

Hi,

1. Open an outlook client with the Enterprise Vault client extensions installed and an open an affected Enterprise Vault enabled mailbox 

2. Select an archived item.

3. Hold down Ctrl+Shift and press one of the Enterprise Buttons (Archive Explorer, Search Vaults, Store in Vault, Restore from Vault etc)

4. Press the "Vault Information" button

5. A dialogue box titled "Enterprise Vault Information" will be presented

6. Scroll down the list of details until you see "Selected Item Properties"

A shortcut with all of the properties stored correctly will appear as follows :
