mail restored using EV 9 roll back into vault

we are using enterprise vault 9 for outlook.  User have reported problems when restored mail from the vault will just drop back into the vault (instead of the inbox) after a couple of minutes.

Please can you explain the issue in more detail ... perhaps with screenshots?

it sounds like you're having restore issues with the item going into pending, failing, and then reverting back to the ev shortcut icon. are you still trying to get this sorted out? it would help to get more detailed info about your environment and some logs/traces.
