Hi,

in our environment, was all mailbox permissions (from AD) synchronized to users archive.

now we can see in search page all archives and have access to this.

have you a idea was work incorrectly?

What has recently changed in your environment?

Have you recently upgraded EV?

What settings do you have within mailbox policy setting under the advanced settings under Archiving General.

- Default and anonymous permissions

- Inherited permissions

- Synchronise folder permissions

You can also use perms browser tool which is available as part of the kit now.  Look in the Enterprise Vault installation directory for permissionbrowser.exe

anyone has reset / change our default mailbox policy, this has changed "include default and anonymous permissions" = ON
