Hi Folks

Getting an error that sounds very much like this. Our sql team can't find the problamatic entry as mentioned in the article, I assume it should display each time the checks are run? Ive attached what we are seeing on the console I assume this is the same issue? What sort of entry would we expect to see for this error?

Hello Liam,

Verify using the installing/configuring guide that the VSA has the proper rights and permissions in SQL. There might be a misconfiguration in here causing this. The article is good (helped me), but it is specifically for alerts which are old, and not disappearing. Your alerts seem to indicate an issue with actually getting the data.

Hi Liam,

Like Gertjan said, it may be related to VSA permissions.

When did this problem start? Did you make any changes that could have caused this?

Hello liamhudson,

I think this is related to this:

Monitoring Status section of the Vault Administration Console (VAC) shows old and incorrect warning
