outlook profiles?

what are evpstapi profiles that get created? these are indexing? seem to be created with index running even though pst in name

Hi there,

EV creates multiple Outlook profiles to connect its archiving agents to Exchange. Normally EV should do housekeeping on these profiles, but sometimes a large number of them can build up and cause MAPI errors. In that case, it is necessary to delete these profiles manually.

any one body? these vault cache or something indexing? pst in name but no pst migrations are happening.

Apologies for the delayed response here. I guess these profiles may be related to DA export or any API call (3rd party app) export...

Hey VersEV1,

If you are not using Migration Wizard then it's vault cache that's creating them.
