pst migration stuck with processing screen no event - no error

Dear Team,

 I am facing issue during pst migration when i am going to initiate migration process pst migration screen getting stuck on processing state also event id not showing any error. pst size is 5.80GB its not showing any error i waited 5hours but did not get any error or event.Pst started its showing only in event.

i am sharing screen shot kindly check and revert if anyone have solution.

i did below troublshooting 

Enterprise Vault Version 12.1

~replaced Pst file (re-export twice from user outlook)

~applied and checked all permission on (Pst holding and Tmp folder)

~restarted Pst migration and pst collector task (start and Stop)

~also tried to add pst from Personal Store managment Console

~did all basic Troubleshooting

i scan that pst also re-export twice from user outlook  

My issue has been resolved after doing below Diagnostic Steps on my Enterprise vault enviourment.  

~ i took dtrace and saw that migrator services is not processing any data.

~ i went to task manager and found out that migrator service is stuck and there was many pst services saw in task manager.

~all EV services stopped and started the migrator services.

after doing above step i checked pst migration process that was working smoothly.

Hello Pravin,

Have you tried running scanpst on that pst file?

Maybe there is some sort of corruption in it, causing this.

It also might be your vaultstore is in backup mode or there is a quota on the archive. If the scanpst works out fine, can you open the PST, and see if there are perhaps duplicate folder names, folders with strange characters in the name, or something other obvious?

If all works out well, you might want to try to import that pst manually into the users archive (from the EV server), see if that works.
