 Well the more common one would be that a sucessful backup was not completed and you have EV configured so as it does not shortcut until a sucessful backup is done

Yes, this is because EV is not backed up.
If you do not back it up intentionally, you may want to set your Vault Store Partitions' Safety Copy setting to "Immediately".

yes I changed to archive immediately, but only one user is still showing 162 MB of space held after archiving, the other users are OK now

Glad that we sorted this out.

However, you should really make sure that you backup EV accordingly.

Could you mark a post as solution, or do you need further assistance with this one user?

Recently some guys who are using BE to backup the EV is telling me that they can´t see the databases from the EV. They have to backup the databases using the sql agent.

In this moment I only have one user with space held....
