Hello,
When we double click archived item on Outlook, we are having this issue : "this item has been archived by enterprise vault click here to view the original item". When we click nothing happens. Enterprise Vault Add-on is working and we can access archive over there. I tried this article: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH47875 but not work for us.
This happens Outlook 2013,2007

This is most likely due to Outlook patches being installed.
