We are using EV 11.0.1 and exchange 2007 few of our users are not able to retrieve emails from outside the organization over the internet. EV url is working fine search is also working but when we double-click the item we won't able to retrieve archived mail.However same users are able to retrieve the mail in LAN.
I have attached client trace. Need help.

Are you able to open the RPC/HTTP URL (https://abc.upd.co.in/enterprisevault) from the user's PC?

Yes, we are able to access the url and emails from internet explorer.

Another thing that comes to my mind is that the issue may be related to the recent Outlook patches: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100039979
Try upgrading the EV Outlook Add-in to version EV 12.2.2: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100040613
The Outlook Add-in is one version forward/backward compatible with the EV server, so you should be fine with that.
