unable to process mailbox

Hi,

I try to process two mailboxes and it take a longer time to process and I have to end the task.

The following was observered in the event viewer.

"The exchange mailbox provisioning task found enabled mailboxs that are not part of the provision group.These mailboxes cannot be archived.  If you do not want these mailbox to be archived, use the adminsitration console to disable them. See the provision task report for further details (full report only) "

I'm using EV 7.0 SP4 running on exchange 2003.


1) What cause the above appear in the event viewer "?
2)  Where can I find the reports and what is the name of the reports?

Reports are in c:\program files\enterprise vault\reports of the EV-server that runs provisioning.
There is an article on that event I believe.

Look on http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/EVME_index.htm
Search for the event.
