I'm planning our upgrade of version 9.0.1 server to 10.0.3 server. On testing the latest client with outlook 2010 (2003 exchange server) I upgrade the client and see the following when I click on archive explorer.

The below occurs for all test clients. Search vaults also does same. no errors reported on install, nothing in the event logs. restore function works fine on shortcut mails in the main inbox still. Unsure what is wrong here.

Hi,

it might be you need this hotfix http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175939

I would first check if (when you open Archive Explorer in IE) (http://evserver.domain.xxx/enterprisevault/archiveexplorerui.asp)

if the archives show there.

If they do, you probably need the hotfix from the link above. If they do not, you should check if the user has an archive, and the appropriate permissions.
