volume has no Archive points associated (warning 40976 in Event Viewer)

Hello,

file system archiving on a share ran ok for a few weeks. But now FS Task states in Event Viewer:

The file system volume \\?\UNC\hyperion.mmp.local\Share has no Archive points associated.No items will be archived for this volume.See the Administrator Help for information on configuring file system volume archive points.

Where is the problem? archivepoint read states:

C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault>archivepoints read \\hyperion\share

ArchivePoint for folder \\hyperion\share:

        Combined Name: share
        Prefix:
        Name:
        Owner:
        Description:
        ArchiveVEID: 15CE5DC67BE204D449CD5AB769EEBE07C1110000EVSITE1

Hi

One time you have FQDN (hyperion.mmp.local) and one time only hostname (hyperion)
Could you doublecheck that you only use one format?

Hello,

the issue is resolved. Share was recreated and data then restored from backup. Even if archive points were restored too, "root folder created date" has changed and it lead to mentioned error.

Resolution was with two commands:

archivepoints delete

FSAUtility -a -s
