Anti-virus tmp files question

Sorry, I don't know wher to post this post.

Since we have been using Symatec anti-virus, now we are using Kaspersky.

Kaspersky scanned a computer has virus in the following path:

C:\ Documents and Settings\ All Users\ Application Data\ Symantec\ Symantec Endpoint Protection\ xfer\ 4ac176a9.tmp/ 10.exe

C:\ Documents and Settings\ All Users\ Application Data\ Symantec\ Symantec Endpoint Protection\ xfer\ 4ac176a8.tmp/ 10.exe

I have checked this path has a lot of tmp files (120k) , what's those tmp files ?

If manaully delete them, will them respawn ?

Remove tmp folders/files and start a full scan. Also check if Symantec Antvirus has been removed correctly, in case of positive removal , delete unused folders.
