Oddly enough, when clicking a "submit a new technical case" I end up in a window with a crashed applet and the "There were too many redirects." error from Chrome.
Does anyone has the same experience?
:) yes, in IE11 it works after throwing "the current compatibility setting is not support". What do you think re. problem related to Chrome?
Looks like that version of Chrome may not be compatible.
I have the latest vesrion of Chrome :(
