Combine Licenses

 I am trying to combine licenses for a client but I am encountering an error (please see below screenshot).

I have tried logging on to three different browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) but I still encountered same error.

Try to call to your immediate Customer Care of Symantec and open a case regarding this issue.
