Enterprise Support Portal – Create A Case Broken (HTTP 400)?

I am trying to log a case and get “The webpage cannot be found - HTTP 400” error instead, this is when on Step 2 and then selecting “Yes - continue to create this case” and then selecting continue.  Anyone else seeing this or know if it can be fixed? Got the same error using a different PC (IE 7).

I just logged into the site , and everything seems to be working fine.

Is this the URL that you are using?

Thanks, yes it's going through that link, I shortened the "Brief description of problem" bit and then that got a step further, though giving an invalid product/version error but I changed the version to an ealier version and that's now gone through with the case logged.
