GUP unable to provide the full.Zip definition to clients

GUP is not providing the Full.Zip defintion file to clients.

These are 2 things i was able to see in GUP debug logs. Any idea or solution would be very helpful. Please let me know if anything else needed.

Both the settings looks good here. Cache size is 2Gb and Bandwidth is unlimited. Any other idea?

Run the symhelp tool and check virus defination are corrupted or not

@James - Actually we migrated the machines from winXp to 7 and since then machines are not updating. So i dont think that issue is with corrupted definition. the issue is GUP or client is not able to get the definition files. two errors i found in debug logs are already mentioned above.

We have already tested:- Ran RX4def tool followed by IU and it worked as it then only download the delta file and GUP is providing it, but not same with files.


Any more suggestions?
