After i downloading nortons 360 my computer attempted to restart my computer and since then i jus have a blank screen with a blinking cursor on the upper left side. i have a sony vaio, please help me ,my computer is only 1 month old.....

You may have an existing infection that is causing your system to crash after the install of Norton. Can you boot to safe-mode?If so, boot to safe-mode with networking, download the latest definitions and try running a full scan. You might want to post over in the Norton Community as well.
