i am working in an application where the source are adding some manifest and security catalog files under c:\windows\winsxs\manifests folder.
When I created a layer as new .XPF file. But still I dont find any manifests file in my layer. Because My application is failing in testing session which doesn't have admin rights with error saying : Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found.Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis. attched the same...
Question1 : Does the Symantec workspace ignores all manifests file while capturing?
Question 2 : Do we able to add these file after creating a layer?.....Please help...!
