Installation Internet Security 2011

Installation has been acknowledge but the product key shown is for  prior year product - Inter.Sec.2010. It does not give me the chance  to change  the new product key to represent Internet Security 2011.   How do I correct?  As of  now Norton shows that my subscription has terminated.
