Recently received a license certificate for Symantec Protection Engine for Cloud. The issue is all the licenses and support contain .slf files when typically this is only provided for the licenses.
Can someone tell me why?

Send an email to licensing@symantec.com for further info.
There should've been more info in the emails.

Activation codes vary by =roduct and may be license files (located in the zipped file attached to th=s email if appropriate), license keys or serial numbers. Codes specific to=your products can be found under the Activation Code heading below
