It is to my understanding that the support portal is a one time registration process, yet I have to re-register everytime I open a case. On top of that if I want to update my case I cannot because the "Manage a case" does not work.. or is it the browser I'm using? Chrome
I had this issue awhile ago where I contacted Tech Support for assistance. They ended up resetting my account to fix the problem. Think I called CBO first but they just directed me to tech support.
MySymantec works best with IE and Mozilla browsers. Unlike other browsers like Google Chrome, Opera, etc does not prohibit use of MySupport, however, certain enhanced functionality will not be used unless your browser is updated to Microsoft IE 6.0+ or Mozilla Firefox 3.x+.
