We are distributors of Symantec products in Chile, and through PartnerNet, requested NFR Norton products for internal use, to access the license portal, and tried to register them, to download the software and licenses, but the certificate does not have Serial Number please tell me what is the procedure to register them and follow the procedure for its use?
