Rx4Defs_2.240.exe Error Msg

I get an error when running Rx4Defs_2.240.exe.  The error is not in the What it Does.txt file that comes with the exe.

The error is an "application error" ESUGDefDiag.exe

The instruction at "0x0040a494" referenced memory at "0x00207378". The memory could not be "read"

You have to click OK to terminate or cancel to debug.

Clicked on CANCEL to debug but it goes away and gives you another error with the same information.

It will does this for about 4-5 times then the DOS window disappears and the issue with getting the file definitions to update is still not resolved.

I have successfully run this Rx4Defs_2.240.exe on other computers and it worked.
