Tech. Support site problems?

Hi,

I didn't manage to access any of your technical support site content today. I got a lot of Gateway Timeout errors, jQuerry can't load errors, etc. I can't access search (or even when I got a search page after couple of minutes and when I enter search string, I don't get any content, just errors). I couldn't use any bookmarked tech. support articles... Do you have any idea when support site will be functional?

Are you still experiencing these issues? There may have been a tempory outage at that time. Everthing seems to be working at the moment.

I was witnessing sporadic incidents of slowdown in the Connect early Eastern today whereas now it seems to be flowing fine, Cycletech.

Try sending a PM to https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/messages/new/30291?destination=user%2F30291

Provide your old user name and the Admin should be able to reset that for you.
