Unable to raise Technical case - Server Error

Hi all,

I am trying to raise a new Technical case with MyConnect and when I type in the product name, I keep getting this error message - "Unable to connect to the server (Server Error).". I've been trying for the past 30 minutes.

I am unable to call to raise a case.

Is there a server issue on your side?

Just spoke to someone via chat - he said there is an Maintenance going on at that time.

I can't call as I am deaf. ;-)

Hopefully should be resolved soon. I was able to open one but who knows Smiley Happy
