We have Veritas System Recovery Desktop Edition v16.0.1
I have a backup image of a drive and I'm trying to reload it to the same laptop that I made it from. The laptop is running Windows 10 with a SSD.
I have to use an external optical drive. I have restarted the laptop with the recovery disk in the drive and booted from the disk. As it starts to boot it eventually ends up on a screen with 5 columns of either double periods or " marks. I have used the recovery disk and the same optical drive on other Windows 10 laptops and have not had an issue.
