...SAP isn't an OS...it is an ERP system. It runs on a variety of OS platforms including Windows, using SQL and Oracle as databases for example.

...I think your question was wrong. Next time please ensure that you put more details in which means less confusion...SAP is widely regarded as the SAP large companies use for their ERP systems.
